PB handy services handyman / gardening / PC support
About
I'm Pieter and I set up PB Handyservices in January 2014. This follows on from working 3 years for an organisation supporting the elderly, offering practical support in homes and gardens. During this period I have assembled flatpacks, put up shelves, built sheds, painted bedrooms, installed routers, sorted out PC software and tidied up gardens to name a few (please see gallery for examples of my work). I've enjoyed meeting customers and doing the jobs so much, that I decided to set up for myself !
To ensure that I keep giving a high level of service and also to increase my skill set, I have completed various gardening and handyman courses. In 2014, I completed a Level 1 City & Guilds in Practical Horticulture Certificate, in 2015 a RHS Level 2 Certificate in Practical Horticulture and in 2018 a RHS Level 2 Certificate in the Principles of Plant Growth, Propagation and Development. In 2013 I attended Able Skills in Dartford and completed training in plumbing, plastering, tiling, carpentry, electrics, painting & decorating and bricklaying.
What is most important to me, is that after every job I leave my client with a smile on their face ! This of course helps me to get referrals, but more importantly it builds long term relationships, helping my business to grow, and keeps me doing what I love doing !
